The One He Kept For You.

"For better or worse, for rich or poor, in sickness and in health ... till death do us part."                                           

Marriage is a sacred covenant  that is ordained by God from before the foundation of the world." Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning, made them male and female, and said, for this reason, shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh."(Matthew 19:4&5)

God design marriage to meet our need for companionship and to provide an illustration of our relationship with him, however, most people take it for granted. They failed to realize that marriage is a lifetime commitment it is a solemn promise to your spouse and to God. Which should be honoured by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. (Hebrew 13:4).

Marriage is a divine institution of mutual love and respect in your hearts to live together as husband and wife with the realization that it's a lifelong commitment and God forbid divorce. Hence, a marriage should be built on love and not lust. It should not merely be a love of mutual attraction and chemistry.  It should be one that God ought sanctioned and bless, with Its foundation grounded on Him. Couples should also be aware that when they enter a marriage they are making a promise to care about everything, the good things, the bad things, the terrible things all of it all the time every day.

 A marriage must be total, it must be permanent and it must be equal so when you decide to take that journey ensure you are marrying the " One He kept for you, you're love design, the one that you were praying for, the one He delayed for  you the one He kept for you until it was time."
