Marry a man that fears God and has a vision.

These are very profound words by Spice Rowen: "A woman who rejects a man with a vision and follows a man with a television will soon watch a man with a vision on her husband's television! Marry a man that fears God and has a vision." One school of thought suggests that a woman should never judge a man solely by his pocket but also by his vision, as where a man is going in life is more important than his present condition.

I recently had a short discussion with a friend about this perspective, and I totally agree with his points. He outlined that a vision is for an appointed time, and most women don't believe in the building process. He further stated that when a woman recognizes a man's vision and becomes a part of it by assisting him in achieving it, they can create a masterpiece together.

In our society, we need couples who believe in openly expressing their desires, dreams, visions, and goals, and who work together to achieve them. We need to put an end to the "gold-digger" mentality. We should enter relationships with the notion that we are a team, working on each other's visions.
