Some days the proverbial glass ceiling is just staring us in the face. There is growth in the unknown, it makes us realize things about ourselves that we may never think possible.  We just have to take solace in the process and step out by FAITH.  Yeah, I know the only thing that keeps us going is the vision of who we want to become it pushes us, even when we’re knocked down but staying down is not an option.  Success is an inner conviction that later manifests on the outside of you.  Hit the GRIND and stay true to the process.
